SMS fittings/connectors

SMS connectors (Swedish Manufacturing Standard) are stainless steel fittings/connectors which are designed for use in food and beverage industry machines.

Our range includes nuts, female threaded ends, male threaded unions, blank liners, caps and adaptors which comply with SMS 1145 fitting/connector standards as well as CE 1935/2004 regulations .
This very complete range of SMS fittings/connectors is made from 304 or 316L stainless steel in dimensions ranging from DN 25 to DN 104.

SMS fittings/connectors are sealed by gaskets. These gaskets are available in EPDM, FKM, PTFE, Silicon, EPDM/Metal and NBR.
According to your requirements, we can also propose several different gasket models:
- L gaskets
- Half ring gaskets
- Square section gaskets
- Nut gaskets

These SMS fittings/connectors allow you to limit retention zones within food and beverage industry installations.
They can be easily assembled and disassembled with just a wrench or without using any tools.
